Another Dream Is Dashed

One of the saddest things I see in my city travels are small businesses that struggle mightily to succeed, then have to close their doors. Last July, I passed by this little store, which opened on St. Clair Avenue with high hopes.

This is the storefront today, another casualty of an unforgiving economy.
